  • Contact information: Email address for plan delivery
  • Payment information: Processed by Polar.sh — we do not store credit card details
  • Usage data: Analytics about how you interact with our site (via Vercel Analytics and tracking pixels)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Generate your personalized workout plan
  • Deliver the plan to your email
  • Process your payment via Polar.sh
  • Improve our service based on aggregate usage patterns
  • Send you product updates (only if you opt in)

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (database) and processed by Anthropic Claude (AI plan generation). All data transfer uses encryption.

We retain your data for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

4. Third Parties

We share your data with these service providers:

  • Supabase: Database hosting
  • Polar.sh: Payment processing (acts as merchant of record)
  • Anthropic: AI plan generation
  • Resend: Email delivery
  • Vercel: Website hosting and analytics

We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Marketing and Advertising

We may use tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel) to measure ad effectiveness and retarget visitors. These services may collect anonymous data about your visit.
