BuiltFitPlan provides personalized workout plans generated by artificial intelligence based on information users provide about their goals, equipment, schedule, and experience level. Plans are delivered via email after one-time payment.

The Service is intended for general fitness and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Health Disclaimer

BuiltFitPlan is not a medical service. The workout plans provided are educational content and do not constitute medical advice. You should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are physically capable of safe exercise
• You have consulted (or will consult) with a healthcare professional if you have any health conditions
• You assume all risk associated with following the plan
• BuiltFitPlan is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results from following the plan. Individual results vary based on consistency, effort, genetics, nutrition, and many other factors outside our control.

5. Payment and Refunds

BuiltFitPlan operates on a one-time payment model. Payment is processed by Polar.sh acting as merchant of record. All sales are final unless required by law in your jurisdiction.

If you believe you received a defective or non-delivered product, contact us within 7 days at support@builtfitplan.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including the workout plans, is the intellectual property of BuiltFitPlan. You may use your generated plan for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when filling out the intake form. The quality of your plan depends on the accuracy of your responses. You are responsible for your own safety while following any exercise program.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuiltFitPlan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to injury, illness, financial loss, or emotional distress.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
